All credit card transactions (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) on our site are handled through the Stripe system which guarantees maximum security of operations.
VAT Rates
The prices shown, for all private customers within the European Union, including VAT. According to EU regulations, the VAT calculation is made on the VAT percentage of the country of destination of the goods. For this reason, once you have entered the shipping address and saved it in your account, the prices displayed may undergo small variations. The Italian VAT rate of 22% is taken as a basis for the prices on this site. European VAT ranges from 17% (Luxembourg) to 27% (Hungary).
For companies and all customers residing outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT.
Import duties and Taxes
Customs duties and import taxes are always charged to the end customer and will not be applied by our company when placing the order. As a rule, these fees are not required for invoices under €50 and are still of a modest amount. The courier will contact you if it is necessary to pay a sum to clear the goods. Payment is normally made by bank transfer or credit card to the courier in your country.
Shipping
To ship our products we use the services offered by the Italian Post Office and by couriers DHL and UPS. The costs of our shipments start at 1.50€ for Italy, 7.00€ for Europe and the Mediterranean area and 10.00€ for the rest of the world.
To find out the actual cost to your home, place the products in the cart and check the shipping amount before finalizing the order. The cost of shipping also depends on the weight of the products and their shape. Some products are not suitable for traditional postal shipments (Italy). PayPal is not available for untracked shipments.
!Caution! - Shipments are at the expense and risk of the buyer. For high amounts, it is strongly recommended to choose a courier with tracked shipments.
National shipping types (Italy):
Ordinary Mail: Ordinary postal shipment via Poste Italiane with padded envelope. The maximum order value for this type of shipment is 12.00€ (shipping excluded). This shipment is not tracked and is delivered to the customer’s letter box in 4-6 days. The postman is not required to ring the bell!
Priority Mail: Priority postal shipping via Poste Italiane with padded envelope. The maximum order weight for this type of shipment is 100g. This shipment is partially tracked and will be delivered to the customer’s letter box in 1-4 days. The postman is not required to ring the bell!
Crono Standard, Crono Express: Shipping via the SDA courier of Poste Italiane. This shipment is tracked and the courier must deliver it to the customer’s hands or leave a notice of stock at a local post office. Delivery time 2-4 days
DHL Express: Shipping via DHL courier. This shipment is tracked and the courier must deliver it to the customer’s hands or leave a stock notice at the local DHL collection point. Delivery time 2-3 days.
International shipping types:
Postamail: Ordinary postal shipment made through the Italian Post Office service. This shipment is not tracked. Delivery times from 8 days (Europe) to 22 days.
Postapriority: Priority postal shipping via the Italian Post Office service. This shipment is partially tracked. Delivery times from 3 days (Europe) to 9 days.
DHL Int-Standard and Int-Express: Shipping via DHL courier. This shipment is tracked and the courier must deliver it to the customer’s hands or leave a stock notice at the local DHL collection point. Delivery time 1-3 days.
UPS: Shipping via UPS courier. This shipment is tracked and the carrier must deliver it to the customer’s hands or leave a notice of stock at the local UPS collection point. Delivery time 2-3 days.
