This website is owned and managed by Arena Forge, an Italian company based in Bareggio with VAT number IT09447880965. Our products are not toys but collectible and modeling products and we do not recommend their use to people under 12 years of age. They are not suitable for children under 36 months. When you shop on our site, you represent that you are of sufficient age and are eligible for the purchase.
2. Contract
2.1 Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email from us. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right to decline any order (or any part thereof) for any reason, or to decline any order (or any part thereof) if the Site reports an obvious error or discrepancy in the description of the Product or its price, as well as placing limits on the quantity of any Product ordered.
2.2 You become the owner of the Products when they are delivered to you.
2.3 Once the Products have been delivered to you they are your responsibility and we will not be responsible for their use, loss or destruction.
3. Accessibility and use of our site
3.1 We will not be responsible in any way if our site becomes unreachable at any time and for any duration.
3.2 Your User Name and Password are confidential and you cannot share them with third parties.

By downloading it you obtain the right to hold it both in electronic and printed form for personal use only. You cannot redistribute it in any way or by any means whether free of charge or for business.
4.4 Everything you make with our models, from painting to dioramas or modifications (Kit-Bashing) must be done on a non-profit basis.
4.5 It is forbidden to copy, with traditional or digital methods, and reproduce our models.
5. Jurisdiction and applicable law
For any dispute with AF, the applicable law is the Italian law and the competent court is that of MILAN. We reserve the right to prosecute anyone in his country of residence.
