If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return it to us for a refund, replace the product with something else or have a shopping voucher. The product must be in the original, intact packaging.
It is possible to make a return even if the product is wrong, incomplete or damaged.
To make the return, proceed as follows:
>> After logging in, enter your profile by clicking your name at the top, or "my account" in the links at the bottom of the page.
>> Go to "Order history and details".
>> Find the order you want to make a full or partial return and click "details" on the right.
>> On the order page, check the product or products you want to return, then fill in the "Merchandise returns" field with a description of the return, then click the "Request a return" button.
Wait for us to process your request. We will take care of it as quickly and easily as possible.
In your account, you can follow the return process by entering the "Merchandise returns" menu. If the return process is authorized, you will be sent a return authorization sheet and the courier to pick up the package. You don't have to take care of organizing the shipment.
Important note: The return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer, except in special cases authorized by us.
Cancel an order
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will try to cancel it. If it is still possible to cancel your order, we will process a full refund within 3 business days of receiving your request, otherwise we will open a return procedure.
